named after the small, green, foggy town in oregon where they met as missionaries, “roseburg” is an alternative band formed by blonde teenagers zach knell, samuel sheppard, and keith lambson in early 2018.
their debut EP "Heaven Vs. Hollywood" received hundreds of thousands of views and streams within days, thanks in part to a viral facebook video about their origin story, and a music video featuring youtube stars summer mckeen and dylan jordan.
relocated to knell's hometown in utah, roseburg began working with local producers scott wiley (iDKHOW BUT THEY FOUND ME, the aces, neon trees) & nate pyfer (the moth & the flame, kaskade). they added bassist, soren buchert, and released single "Wave" in january, 2019 - a song originally written by knell in high school and performed by close friends, the atomics, before their breakup in 2017. "Wave" has since been featured on top curated rock playlists, and received over one million listens.
in may, 2019, roseburg released leading single "Be Good", off their upcoming debut album, "Righteous Punk", an album which they collaborated on with a number of producers, including band mentor, kellin quinn of sleeping with sirens.
roseburg is also featured in snapchat original docu-drama series “Endless Summer”.
